Uwe Boll in 2026: Citizen Vigilante, SKETCHY and XXX Marks The Spot

Uwe Boll's 2026 slate runs from the Armie Hammer thriller Citizen Vigilante to two adult animated comedies, SKETCHY and XXX Marks The Spot.

German filmmaker Uwe Boll, the director behind Rampage and Postal, has a busy 2026, and not only behind the camera. Here's where to find him this year.

Citizen Vigilante (2026)

Citizen Vigilante is Boll's thriller starring Armie Hammer. Variety reported that the distributor Quiver acquired the film. Lutz Geiger, the founder of Starving Piggy Productions, is one of its associate producers.

SKETCHY (2026): Uwe Boll as himself

In SKETCHY, an adult animated parody written and directed by Lutz Geiger, Boll plays himself, with his own voice and likeness. In half-drawn Sketchtown, a stick-man courier has three days to get a half-inked starlet to the top of the Tower before the glossy, AI-smoothed "Final Cut" polishes away everything unfinished. Boll turns up selling things on late-night TV, and it only gets stranger from there.

The official trailer is out now, in English and Spanish.

XXX Marks The Spot (December 2026)

Boll also lends his voice to XXX Marks The Spot, an adult animated road-trip comedy coming in December 2026, alongside Kristen Renton of Sons of Anarchy. Expect road trips, porn-star ex-girlfriends and murderous chinchillas.

ApoKalypse (2025)

If you want to start with the earlier collaboration: Boll has a speaking cameo in the zombie comedy ApoKalypse, which you can watch free on Tubi.
